The information on Form I-485 will be
used to request and determine eligibility for adjustment of
permanent residence status. Supplement A is used to adjust status
under section 245(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (Act).
Supplement E provides evidentiary requirements for T and U
applicants to submit to adjust status.
The fee increased from $930 to
$985. The Biometric fee increased from $80 to $85. The number of
filings reflect the workload volume based on filing trends included
in the Final Rule: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Fee
Schedule, 1615-AB80.
