connection with its countervailing duty/antidumping investigation(s) concerning certain steel nails from the United Arab
Emirates (Inv. No. 731-TA-1185 (Preliminary)). The information requested in the questionnaire is requested under the
authority of the Tariff Act of 1930, title VII. This report is mandatory and failure to reply as directed can result in a
