connection with its reviews of the antidumping duty orders concerning frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil, China,
India, Thailand, and Vietnam (Inv. Nos. 731-TA-1063, 1064, 1066-1068 (Review)). The information requested in the
questionnaire is requested under the authority of the Tariff Act of 1930, title VII. This report is mandatory and
failure to reply as directed can result in a subpoena or other order to compel the submission of records or
