On May 27, 2010, in document FCC
10-88, CG Docket No. 10-51, the Commission released a Notice of
Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) seeking comment on ways to amend the
Commissions rules to detect and prevent fraud and misuse in the
provision of Video Relay Service (VRS). The Notice of Proposed
Rulemaking (NPRM) contains potential information collection
requirements with respect to the following six of its proposals.
Though the NPRM emphasizes VRS, many of the proposals would also
apply to other or all forms of Telephone Transmission Services
(TRS).
