Under 42 U.S.C. 3789, the Office on
Violence Against Women would require semi-annual progress reports
from grantees under the Engaging Men in Preventing Sexual Assault,
Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking Program (Engaging
Men Grant Program) on grant-funded activities from all grantees in
order to meet its Congressionally-mandated reporting requirements
as well as to monitor effectively the award of federal
funds.
