Under 42 U.S.C. 3789, the Office on Violence Against Women would require semi-annual progress reports from grantees under the Engaging Men in Preventing Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking Program (Engaging Men Grant Program) on grant-funded activities from all grantees in order to meet its Congressionally-mandated reporting requirements as well as to monitor effectively the award of federal funds.
