Justification for Non-Substantive Changes to the Collection or Resubmission of the Collection within One Year of OMB Approval
We are making a non-substantive change to the Privacy Act Statement. The Office of the Inspector General uses Form SSA-322, and would like to see the qualifiers on the Privacy Act Statement, because of the way they use this form. We were unable to make these changes prior to the previous submission of the clearance package, because the Office of Privacy & Disclosure had to review and approve the new language.
