The National Marine Fisheries Service
(NMFS) proposes a one-time data collection of demographic, economic
and social information about the Gulf of Mexico red snapper fishery
under the individual fishing quota (IFQ) program. The proposed data
collection also intends to inquire about the industrys
perceptions, attitudes and beliefs about the performance of the
IFQ.
