The USDA Food and Commodity Connection Website assists the U.S. institutional food service community to identify processors who can further process USDA supplied commodities. At the same time, the Website provides a platform for processor, distributors, and brokers to post information about their commercial food products, in addition to their further processed USDA supplied commodities that are available for use by institutional food service professionals.
