The overall burden increased by 133 hours from 954 to 1,087 hours. The reporting burden increased by 133 hours from 805 to 938 hours and the recordkeeping burden remained at 149 hours. This estimate is based on NRC staff experience and a re-estimation of annual reporting hours. As licensees increasingly rely on networks rather than hard copy documentation, the NRC has been receiving more changes to their security practices and procedures and network security plans submitted for approval. This includes: -Increase of 8 responses and 32 hours for licensees making changes to their Standard Practice Procedures Plan under 95.19(a)&(b). -Increase of 19 responses and 95 hours for licensees to submit Classified Network Security Plans under 95.39(d) In addition, the NRC made a minor adjustment to the estimate for licensees making classification changes under 95.45(a)&(d). This increased from 3 responses (6 hours) to 6 responses (12 hours).
