are conducting this survey for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service. It will take about 6 to 18 minutes to complete
depending on your household size and is voluntary. Your
participation will help us obtain accurate information about people's
involvement in fishing, hunting, and wildlife watching during 2011.
We conduct this survey under the authority of Title 13,
United States Code Sections 8 and 9. The Office of Management
and Budget has approved this survey and assigned OMB Control No.
1018-0088, which expires XX/XX/XXXX. The Privacy Act of 1974 requires
us to keep your information confidential and use it for statistical
purposes only.
