JUSTIFICATION FOR NONMATERIAL CHANGE
There are two new program announcements associated with this request that require OMB approval under the conditions of the ACF UPD clearance. The first is the National Autism Resource and Information Center which comes under a currently approved CFDA number (93.631).
The second program announcement, Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Grant Program, was the result of the recently passed health reform legislation and requires the addition of a new CFDA number (93.508).
