The FTC proposes to conduct an
exploratory study on consumer susceptibility to fraudulent and
deceptive marketing. This research will be conducted to further the
FTC's mission of protecting consumers from unfair and deceptive
marketing.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
