In an FCC Order, FCC 10-79, the
Commisison grants, with conditions, 21 waiver petitions filed by
public safety entities seeking early deployment of satewide or
local public safety broadband networks in the 700 MHz spectrum. One
of the conditions for such waivers is the submission of the
petitioner's interoperability plans will help ensure
interoperability and roaming among these early deployments. The
Commission is seeking emergency OMB approval of this information by
June 11, 2010.
