This rule will set forth the
conditions and requirements for testing of component parts of
consumer products, including children's products, where such
testing is intended to demonstrate the product's compliance with
any rule, standard, ban or regulation enforced by the Commission
that is subject to the requirements of section 14 of the
CPSA.
