Summary of Changes
The period of time to complete surveys for the COP Nurse and the Rehabilitation Counselor was incorrectly identified. As a result, the estimated annual burden and the time per response were incorrectly noted in the 60 –day Federal Register Notice, June 8, 2010, and the 30-day Federal Register Notice, October 4, 2010.
Revisions to the original Supporting Statement
-- revised the time to complete the surveys (from 15 to 10 minutes) for the COP and Rehabilitation Counselor;
--corrected data in item 12 to change total burden hours from 82 to 68. The time for the COP Nurse was reduced from 33 to 22; and the Rehabilitation Counselor, 9 to 6.
Revisions to ROCIS:
--Changed the above hours in ROCIS for estimated burden hours from (82 to 68)
Revisions to Cover/Survey Letters
COP Nurse Cover Letter—changed time from 15 to 10.
Rehabilitation Cover Letter—changed time from 15 to 10.
Field Nurse Survey, corrected question #23, as from, “Overall, how helpful is the staff nurse in…” to Overall, how helpful is the staff nurse is”…
Rehabilitation Counselor Survey—question 17, corrected sentence from “All material in the my file” to “all material in the file”.
Revised question 31 of the Field Nurse Survey and question 15, Rehabilitation Counselor, to read, “ In your current role” and “overall”, how long have you worked for FECA or OWCP? The questions previously asked how long have they worked for OWCP.
