The total annual burden
increase is a result of recalculating the number of responses. This
adjustment does not correlate directly to any specific program
changes, but simply represent an adjustment in the volume of the
various transactions NIFA has received. NIFA also adjusted for a
double counting error in the number of respondents in the previous
submission.
