the burden hours from 1,567 to 1,253 which is a decrease of -314
burden hours due to a decrease in the number of miner beneficiaries
who are eligible for medical benefits. There has also been a
decrease in responses from the previous submission of 4,000 to
3,200 which is a decrease of -800.
