NASA needs to
re-submit this collection within 1 year. A 60 notice is not
required. Please get rid of the decline to answer box best
practice is if the applicant skips this they have declined to
answer. This collection will need to have revised purpose section
citing the law NASA is using to collect this data and how long is
it kept. Also, if there is a SORN or PIA associated with this
collection, it will need to be submitted at the same time. Also,
please note EEOC is undergoing a process to update the way
disability data is collected from Federal job applicants. Until
this process is complete, EEOC is asking agencies to remove the
disability-related content from applicant flow forms when they come
up for renewal. We would expect the revised collection to mirror
the current thinking of EEOC on this matter.
