Attached is the Information Collection Request (ICR), Law Enforcement Officers Killed or Assaulted. The Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program is requesting a revision of the currently approved collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The requirements of this collection are prescribed by Title 28, Section 534, U.S. Code, June 11, 1930, . This form is the means by which UCR Program participating law enforcement agencies report monthly killed and/or assaulted officer counts to the FBI.
