This collection is authorized by
Section 5(h) of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended
(EAA) and Section 203(a) (2) of the International Emergency
Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). The collection is necessary to provide
technical and end user information for encryption items that are
eligible for export under license exception or under licenses that
authorize exports to various destinations.
