The National Telecommunications and Information Administration submitted an emergency review request to the Office of Management and Budget for the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program on July 5, 2009. After approval of this request, it was discovered that the Public Computer Center and Sustainable Adoption Applications incorrectly listed "technical feasibility" as an eligibility factor. The Notice of Funding Availability does not contain this requirement so NTIA is requesting approval to remove this language from Question 6 of these applications.
No change in burden hours is required.
