Middle Mile Service Offerings
Please complete the table below describing the service offerings that will be available indicating the bandwidth packages, the method of charging for the service, the amount of bandwidth that is available on the route and the monthly pricing for the services. The chart may be adapted to adequately describe the service offerings of the project as long as the information described is included. If different packages will be available based on the area that will be receiving the benefits, then separate charts should be developed indicating which the services for each area.
