3048-0005 Letter of Interest Application
The Export Import Bank of the United States is updating all citations concerning the non-procurement debarment and suspension regulations.
The Letter of Interest form currently states:
Old Citation
The undersigned further certifies that it is not currently, nor has it been within the preceding three years: 1) debarred, suspended or declared ineligible form participating in any Federal program; 2) formally proposed for debarment, with a final determination still pending; 3) voluntarily excluded from participation in a Federal transaction; or 4) indicted, convicted or had a civil judgement rendered against it for any of the offenses listed in the Regulations Governing Debarment and Suspension (Govermentwide Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension Regulations: Common Rule), 53 fed. Reg. 19204 (1988).
The new citation states:

Part 3513, adopting by reference, the OMB Guidelines to Agencies on Government wide Debarment and Suspension (Non-procurement), 2 C.F.R. Part 180; and (2) the Debarment, Suspension, and Ineligibility provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, 48, C.F.R. Subpart 9.4.
