This form is used by students for
certifying attendance and continued enrollment in courses leading
to a standard college degree and in non-college degree
programs.
The decrease in burden is due
to legislation passed (PL 110-252) that added a new benefit program
to the existing programs. A large percentage of claimants will
elect this program over their current program. Chapter 33 does not
require monthly verification, so the public burden will
decrease.
