Survey Participant Reminder Postcard No. 2

Dear Brother/Sister,
About a month ago we sent you materials for a survey concerning work schedules and
sleep patterns of train and engine service employees. If you have already returned your
completed survey materials or are currently recording data, I thank you. If not, I hope
you will reconsider participating.
The number of participants will determine the validity of the study results. Your
response will help provide the statistical data necessary to better understand and mitigate
fatigue-related issues specific to our craft.
Upon completion of the survey, you will receive a $75 gift certificate for your
participation. Please return your survey materials by XXXX 2010.
