Other changes:** The following changes have been made to reduce burden hours and provide clarity to the Lender for ease of completion. Elimination of lines C5, C6, C7, and D5. Elimination of Page 2 instructions to transfer data which only duplicating information from page 2 to page 1. Clarity by placing Mortgagee Letters in most recent release order for Note 2, Note 5 adding verbiage “before UFMIP”, Note 6 removed reference of Mortgagee Letter 05-21, and added notes 7 and 8 for program reminders.
