years. Upon resubmission, it is recommended that the agency provide
to OMB a fuller sample of questionnaire screens, representative of
both the estimated burden and nature and quality of information
collected. In addition, it is recommended that the agency include
in its supporting statement, a detailed explanation of the
iterative path nature of the questionnaire.

Collection of this information
supports Infrastructure Security and Energy Restoration (ISER)
strategic plan and goals for Energy Infrastructure and helps to
identify systemic problems and dependency issues that may impact
system-wide reliability, survivability and resiliency. Without this
information, the ISER will not have the analytical data for Energy
Sector as a system which could impact decision making and emergency
response planning.
