Item #10 – Adding “A” to the Item Number and adding Item 10B
Item #10A is where the VRC name and the regional office or out based address is recorded. The additional Item 10B is for the VRC e-mail address.
The addition of this information will not have a significant impact on the workload of VRCs. The amount of time to add the information to VA Form 28-1905 is minimal. This information will however, greatly enhance the productivity of training facilities, making direct connection with VRCs easier and quicker. The receipt of e-mail alerts by VRCs will increase the productivity of award input and changes to awards already running.
