The submission renews an information
collecction request that allows Northeast multispecies fishermen to
lease allocated days-at-sea, as part of a program in the Northeast
Multispecies Fishery Management Plan under Amendment 13 to the
Fishery Management Plan.
PL:
Pub.L. 94 - 265 303 Name of Law: Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management Act
Adjustments: The burden hour
and cost estimates for DAS Leasing Applications have been increased
to more accurately reflect usage of the program by eligible
participants (increase of 400 responses, 34 hours and $269). NOTE:
in ROCIS, the increase appears to be only $125, as the previous
cost was rounded up to $1,000 when the collection was migrated to
the system. The baseline downgrade request estimates remain the
same.
