SUBJECT: Change in CCC-471

The Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (2008 Farm Bill) increased the administrative fees for the noninsured crop assistance program from $100 per crop to $250 per crop, from $300 per county to $750 per county, and from $900 per producer for all counties to $1,875 per producer for all counties.

Accordingly, the CCC-471 has been updated to reflect the administrative service fee amounts as authorized by the 2008 Farm Bill (PL 110-246).
