The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) seeks approval for data collection related to a survey of Head Start and Early Head Start grantees' emergency preparedness. The survey, Head Start/Early Head Start Emergency Preparedness Survey, will ultimately produce data on program emergency preparedness for reporting to Congress.
