The decrease of respondents to 248,728 and of burden hours to 26,757 reflects (1) fewer applicants/sponsors and (2) the reduced response time realized through increased automation - from 15 minutes to 5 minutes or fewer in the Apprenticeship Registration - Section II of the Form (specifically, section pertaining to 29 CFR § 29.3) because of automation and pre-population through RAPIDS.
