Customer Satisfaction Survey
The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), International Trade Administration (ITA), Market Access and Compliance (MAC) unit’s country, regional and international desk officers help U.S. businesses eliminate or reduce trade barriers, resolve trade policy issues, and ensure that U.S. trading partners fully meet their obligations under established trade agreements. MAC ensures access to world markets for American companies and workers so they can compete on a “level playing field.” For more information about MAC please visit: www.trade.gov/mac/
