Abstract: Forms are used to administer a congressionally mandated grants programs and to comply with OMB report requirements. FMCS uses the collected information to determine applicant suitability, to monitor grant project status, and for grant program evaluation. Grantees may use the forms as management tools.

Emergency Justfication: Recent appropriation of funds for the award of labor-management cooperative grants must be solicited, evaluated and awarded to the end of Fiscal Year 2009.
