The information collection provides
the OCC with information needed to properly evaluate the
effectiveness of its communications products. The OCC uses the
information to identify problems and improve its service to
national banks. The collection currently covers collecting
information regarding the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of
all OCC communications products such as booklets, issuances, and
CDs. It also covers a usability test survey of the OCC's website.
The OCC proposes to adjust the collection to focus on one
communications product, issuances known as bank supervision policy
guidance. The usability test of the website would be
removed.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
