Your participation will help us refine an important study that will help to improve government programs and the way that individuals participate in their communities.

Once you log into the site, you will be able to view these materials only once. At the end of your on-line viewing session, you will be asked to schedule an appointment to complete your interview at the NORC offices in the Loop or in Hyde Park. You will be paid $40 upon the completion of your interview as a token of our appreciation.
