SEC. 6201. DISTANCE LEARNING AND TELEMEDICINE.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 2333(c)(1) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. Sec. 950aaa–2(a)(1)) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A), by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end; (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and (3) by adding at the end the following:

‘‘(C) libraries.’’

(b) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—Section 2335A of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 950aaa–5) is amended by striking ‘‘2007’’ and inserting ‘‘2012’’.

(c) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.—Section 1(b) of Public Law 102–

551 (7 U.S.C. 950aaa note; Public Law 102–551) is amended by

striking ‘‘2007’’ and inserting ‘‘2012’’.
