Rule 17Ac2-1 is used by transfer

the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and to amend their
registration.

USC 78q-1 Name of Law: Securities Exchange Act of 1934
The Commission amended Rule
17Ac2-1 and Form TA-1 in 2007 to require electronic filing. As a
result of these amendments, all transfer agents were required to
make a one-time refiling, which temporarily raised the reporting
burden imposed by the rule. As this one-time burden has passed, the
current burden requested reflects only the ongoing annual burden on
respondents (new/amending TA-1 filers).
