Short Statement: This submission requests an adjustment change.Currently, Form MMS-144 has its own, individual information collection (1010-0150, expiration 4/30/2011, 187 burden hours). With this submission, we will incorporate this form into its primary subpart, 30 CFR part 250, subpart D, Oil and Gas Drilling Operations (1010-0141).Under regulations at § 250.403(c), it states, “In the Gulf of Mexico OCS Region, you must report drilling unit movements on form MMS-144, Rig Movement Notification Report.”Once OMB has approved this request, MMS will discontinue the 1010-0150 collection.
