Application for Individualized Tutorial Assistance

Public Law 110-252 established a new educational assistance program known as the Post-9/11 GI Bill, chapter 33 of title 38, United States Code. To reflect statutory provisions related to the new program, VA is amending VA Form 22-1990t to expand the use of the form to include beneficiaries under the new program. No substantive changes are being made and the annual burden for the information collection remains the same.
