We appreciate your willingness to participate in a group discussion about the SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access and Recovery (SOAR) initiative in your state. The goal of the discussion is to learn what you and other individuals who have participated in the SOAR training thought of the training and whether and how you are using the stills taught in the training. We also hope to discuss your thoughts about whether and how the training has been useful in helping individuals who are homeless obtain SSI/SSDI benefits and if not, why not.

The group discussion will be held at ROOM LOCATION at TIME. It will last about 90 minutes.
