Other change**: The Teacher Quality Enhancement (TQE) program office is inserting a phrase on page 5 of the Teacher Quality Enhancement Programs Title II, Higher Education Act Verification of Teaching Obligation Form. The specific phrase inserted is: “Number of semesters Scholarship Recipient/Teacher taught: ____________________ (Include summer teaching assignments in determining total semesters taught).” The purpose of the inserted phrase is for the TQE office to determine if scholarship recipients have been teaching (or already taught) for the equivalent number of semesters that they received scholarship funds for their college education. Any possible impact on burden of this phrase is negligible.
