The burden has increased because of the initiation of this survey action. Surveying State Medicaid agencies about the adoption and implementation of HCPCS Codes H0049 and H0050 is important to the effective function of ONDCP's role in implementing the codes. The additional burden is minimal, as State Medicaid agencies are the entities responsible for adoption and implementation of these codes; they will not need to request that information from any other State agency.
