Throughout the form, dating violence has been added to domestic violence.

Grantees will be asked whether the lead organization is a faith-based organization.
8. Percentage of funds directed to sexual assault, domestic violence/dating violence, or stalking
There is a new definition of stalking: a course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear for his or her safety or the safety of others, or suffer substantial emotional distress.
9. Staff information
A new category, translator/interpreter, has been added. Counselor has been removed.
13. People trained
The following categories have been added or modified:
Domestic violence coalition staff
Sexual assault coalition staff
Translators/interpreters
Victim advocates (you will no longer have to distinguish between sexual assault, domestic violence or dual advocates)
The following training content areas have been added:
Dating violence laws
Dating violence overview, dynamics and services
Representation/advocacy for victims within the criminal justice system
Representation/advocacy for victims within the educational system
Response to victims who have been trafficked
Issues specific to victims/survivors who have limited English proficiency
21. Demographics
The 0-17 category has been replaced two categories: 0-12 (which has been blacked out) and13-17. It will no longer be possible to report age for victims under age 13.

The following specific immigration issues will replace what used to be the general “Immigration” category. It will still be possible to include issues not listed below in the “other immigration matters” category.

At the end of the sections of the form addressing training, CCR, and legal services, there will be an optional narrative question that gives grantees the opportunity to provide additional information regarding that particular activity area. Following is an example from the training section:
Use the space below to discuss the effectiveness of your training activities funded or supported by your LAV Program grant and to provide any additional information you would like to share about your training activities beyond what you have provided in the data above. Examples might include improved custody decisions by family court judges in cases involving domestic violence following LAV-funded training to judges and guardians ad litem on domestic violence and child custody; an increase in the number and appropriateness of referrals from your partner victim services agency following a training provided to advocates on identifying legal issues.
Optional data clarification question
A final narrative question allows grantees to provide additional information to explain and clarify the data contained in the reporting form.
