Permit application requirements in
Section 507 and 508(g) of PL 95-87 require the applicant to submit
the operations and reclamation plans for coal mining
activities.
This information collection
request increases the estimated burden by approximately 125,000
hours due to a re-estimate in individual respondent burden, an
adjustment. This is offset, somewhat, by a reduction in respondent
costs of $265,605, also due to a re-estimate in individual
respondent burden.
