The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act requires the Chairman to protect Indian gaming from organized crime through enforcement and compliance provisions. The regulations set forth compliance requirements and requirements for appeals. The National Indian Gaming Commission needs this information to ensure its own compliance with its statutory duties.
