This collection maintains a process
for carrier participation in primary and secondary slot markets at
the two airports. It requires frequent reporting requirements for
slot usage and transactions. This collection provides carriers the
means to request confirmation to sublease, transfer or trade slots.
It also provides carriers the ability to request assignment of new
or returned slots. The collection would provide a one-time
collection for the carrier designation of a portion of Limited
Slots.
