This collection of data will not employ statistical methodology.
Potential respondent universe.
The potential universe will involve approximately:
-- PCEP Needs Assessment Survey, response rate we expect 90 percent response
--PCEP Inventory of Products, response rate we expect 90 percent response
--PCEP Stakeholders Survey, response rate we expect 85 percent response
--PCEP Evaluation Feedback Form, response rate we expect 85 percent response
Procedures for the collection of information.
The data will be collected electronically. The degree of accuracy needed to justify this collection is described in B1 above.
3. Methods to maximize response.
To ensure the accuracy of the response rate and to deal with the issue of non-response, the contractor will follow up with the designated respondents by email and telephone contacts.
