The burden has decreased by 3,744 burden hours. The change is due to an adjustment in the number of State Agencies (SAs). The number of SAs increased from 53 to 55 and the burden hours per response decreased from 3 hours to 1 hour. The burden hour decrease is due to 100 percent electronic submission of reports. In addition, a few revisions were made to the FNS-44.
