Currently, the only active
Commodity Import Program is in Egypt, and it is scheduled to be
closed out during 2009, and we estimate that this final year will
experience significantly fewer responses in its last year than the
annual rate of response in prior years.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
